Measurements are for standard-length pieces. Chest is measured flat across the garment. Handmade pieces can vary by about 1 inch. Not sure of your size? Message us on WhatsApp.

Made to order: every cardigan is hand-knitted on demand and takes 4 to 14 days to make, so please be patient with us. Shipping is not included in this time. Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 days when your order ships on a weekday, and longer if it ships over a weekend. To confirm your order, we require at least 50% advance payment, or you can pay the full amount upfront. The remaining balance is due before dispatch. Because each piece is made especially for you, orders cannot be returned once production has started, except for a quality issue: if your piece arrives with a defect or doesn't match what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll repair, remake, or refund it.

A note on colors: every screen displays color a little differently, and handmade yarn can vary slightly from batch to batch, so the piece you receive may look a bit different from the photos.
