  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (or COD order placement).
  • You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message with your order details once your purchase is complete.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently ship across Pakistan. Delivery timelines are:

  • Major Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Areas: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

(International shipping may be introduced in the future.)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be applied at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order amounts (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your shipment through the courier service’s website or tracking portal (If provided).

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with pictures of the damaged product and packaging.
