Return & Exchange Policy – Manari Official Store

At Manari Official Store, we take great pride in offering handcrafted crochet products made with care, precision, and tradition. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, or design are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Pillow covers once opened
  • Kitchen accessories (dish covers, water set covers, etc.)
  • Any item marked as Final Sale

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at manariofficialstore@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit/refund, depending on your preference.

4. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Email us at manariofficialstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will guide you through the approval process.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (for prepaid orders).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or store credit.
